COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

SMS Messaging Privacy
Mutree Energy Solutions may collect mobile telephone numbers and SMS messaging preferences to provide operational text messages through its Orbit field service dispatch platform, which it operates on behalf of its client Arocket. These messages may include crew assignments, schedule changes, assignment acceptance requests, verification codes, operational alerts, and related work notifications.
Enrollment in this program occurs during crew or customer onboarding, when a Mutree Energy Solutions Operations representative explains the program and the individual gives express consent to receive these messages. Each consent is recorded with its source and timestamp. No mobile number is messaged without a recorded consent.
Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and messaging consent will not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may provide mobile information to telecommunications carriers and service providers solely as necessary to deliver and operate our messaging service. These service providers may not use that information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Message frequency varies depending on work assignments and operational activity. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages. You may request assistance by replying HELP or emailing learning@mutreesolutions.com.
Opting out of SMS messages does not prevent Mutree Energy Solutions from communicating through other authorized channels. We retain records of messaging consent, delivery, responses, and opt-out requests as necessary to operate the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable requirements.​

Messages are sent through the Orbit platform in connection with work performed for Arocket.
Messages may include crew assignments, schedule changes, requests to accept or decline assignments, verification codes, operational alerts, and other work-related notifications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply YES to accept an assignment or NO to decline when instructed. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance or email learning@mutreesolutions.com.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of employment or of purchasing any goods or services. Consent is not transferable and is limited to messages from Mutree Energy Solutions for the purposes described above. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
